Fitness tips
· Stay
hydrated all day
Make sure you drink all the time not just when
you're about to work out or during work-outs. Try to drink at least 8 glasses
of water every day (each of those 8oz).
· Eat 6
meals per day
Make sure you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and also snack on HEALTHY foods
in between. The more often you eat, the faster your metabolism will be.
· Stretch
Make sure you stretch after your work-out not before. Stretching before your
muscles are warm can cause injuries.
· Goals
Set a goal and try to stick with it. It's important to have goals. You're
working toward something and not just working out aimlessly.
· Sleep
Make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep every night. Sleep is your body's
way of healing itself and getting ready for more challenges.
· Positive
attitude
If you have a positive attitude, everything will go smoother from working out
to dealing with family and your job.
· Alcohol
Alcohol contains quite a large amount of calories so if you want that 6-pack,
Stay away from alcohol.
· Moderation
Everything in moderation. Don't deprive yourself but think healthy. It's Ok
to have junk food once per week as long as it's eaten in moderation. People
that deprive themselves too much get really cranky and mean…
· Low-fat
Remember that low-fat food is often laced with sugar which is high in
calories and carbs, so be careful.
