Fitness Training for Results requires a good workout at least 3 times a week. However, you need to be Motivated and Challenged to stay focused and “on task”. You also need the workouts to be Interesting... "How boring is a treadmill?"

My job is to make sure that every time we meet YOU get the best workout possible. My passion for fitness is a mainstay of my life and I want to pass that passion on to you. Once you discover your body’s potential for health, strength and performance, there is no turning back. Not to mention the compliments that you will be getting, right?

No more excuses! You can do this. Sunshine = Energy & Vitamin D.  Be sure to keep it Fun ~ let stress roll of your shoulders & Get to the Gym.

Setting Goals for yourself is very important and I encourage YOU to write them down and let me help to get you there. I highly recommend talking about goals often and keeping yourself focused and on track.

I can help you get there, that is what I do!

Updated March 19, 2024
Spring is early this year and our opportunities to enjoy health giving sunshine are expanding every day (until summer solctice 6/20 at least) - Let's all do out best to take care of our body & spirit with healthy exercise and clean organic based meals.

Something that is close to my heart is staving off dementia. Research shows that there is a link between dementia and not getting enough exercise.
Here are some tips for a better life style:

  • 1. Eat a Healthy Brain Diet; blue and red fruits, herbs, green leafy vegetables, Omega-3 Fatty Acids, dark chocolate, olive oil, tea and coffee (yes), reduce sugar and starch intake, avoid unhealthy fats, limit alcohol consumption.
  • 2. EXERCISE; our brains need daily movement to stay healthy. A study showed that middle-aged people who went for a regular walk reduced their risk of Alzheimer's by more than 45% . Exercise can also improve your emotional state. Research found that regular exercise is at least as effective as taking antidepressants. Not only sports, but also dancing is very healthy for your brain (and your body). Understand how you can optimize your longevity with exercise.
  • 3. Go for regular check-ups.
  • 4. Make sure you know what medicines you are taking, because some of them can increase the risk of dementia.
  • 5. BE SOCIAL; we all need people to be happy and stay healthy.
  • 6. Relax!
  • 7. Don't hit your head. Head injuries can also cause dementia.
  • 8. Get enough sleep.
  • 9. Make sure you get the right brain supplements. B-vitamins, Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin D, Iodine, Omega-3 fatty acids.
  • 10. Improve your gut health. If you eat unhealthy it can actually impair your thinking.
  • 11. Challenge your brain! Read books, solve puzzles, learn a new language and more
  • 12. Quit Smoking!
  • 13. Practice positive thinking!
