- Meet face to face to define your goals and then design Your Daily Diet
& Fitness Plan. With the Fitness Plan, I will give you a Walking
Pedometer and Challenge you to meet Daily Fitness Goals. You will need to
report your daily fitness and I will help you to track your progress. · 2 Telephone Consultations per
week - To check on You, talk about the Diet and Fitness, Provide
Motivation and Encouragement. · Weekly Meeting - Meet
every week with Training Group for Motivational Fitness Walk. We will also
meet individually to discuss your progress and update progress chart. · Email
Discussion - You and I stay in close contact, sending advice or
answering questions
To be able to Lose weight you have to have a goal and stick to it. For example: "My plan is to Lose 10 lbs in 2 months" which is definitely doable. I'll sit down with you and we'll talk about your diet, maybe even make a meal plan. We'll get started with the exercise program and I'll be there for you to personally consult with you on a weekly basis and over the Internet. You will really enjoy the weekly group fitness meeting.
