Personal Weight Loss counseling with Fitness Training.
This program is designed for YOU and includes Weekly Group Fitness, Telephone & Email consultations as well as progress tracking. We, You and I, will become a team as we work together to reach your goals and then surpass them.



Lose Weight, Feel Healthy and Enjoy Life!

Plan Description:

·  1 hr initial Consultation - Meet face to face to define your goals and then design Your Daily Diet & Fitness Plan. With the Fitness Plan, I will give you a Walking Pedometer and Challenge you to meet Daily Fitness Goals. You will need to report your daily fitness and I will help you to track your progress.

·  2 Telephone Consultations per week - To check on You, talk about the Diet and Fitness, Provide Motivation and Encouragement.

·  Weekly Meeting - Meet every week with Training Group for Motivational Fitness Walk. We will also meet individually to discuss your progress and update progress chart.

·  Email Discussion - You and I stay in close contact, sending advice or answering questions

To be able to Lose weight you have to have a goal and stick to it. For example: "My plan is to Lose 10 lbs in 2 months" which is definitely doable. I'll sit down with you and we'll talk about your diet, maybe even make a meal plan. We'll get started with the exercise program and I'll be there for you to personally consult with you on a weekly basis and over the Internet. You will really enjoy the weekly group fitness meeting. I want to help you reach your goals and transition to a truly healthy lifestyle.

My Weight Loss Guide: 1. Personal Consultation to help motivate and support you from beginning to end. Combining diet with regular fitness training to increase muscle mass and reduce body fat.

2. Set Goals with time limits

·  Example: to Lose 10 pounds in 3 months

·  Reduce overall body fat by 2% in 2 months

3. Eat Healthy - Enjoy your food without letting it control your life.

·  5 intelligent meals a day

·  No Diet pills or dangerous supplements!

·  Identify and Stop Eating Bad Food!

·  Identify and Enjoy Good Food!
